Human Resources Advisor Role

This is a compelling opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our HR team in Western Australia. As a generalist role with a strong focus on recruitment and training, the successful candidate will contribute significantly to the success of our resort-based operations.

  • Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, performance management, workplace investigations, advice on award interpretation, and coordinating training sessions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human resource management, tourism, business, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in a HR advisor, Human Resources Consultant or similar role, including understanding of relevant legislation;
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills;
  • A confident and discreet manner to manage sensitive information effectively.
