About RoleAs Project Manager – Sportsfield Construction, you will be responsible for managing all phases of project delivery for our larger scale sportsfield and open space construction works.
You will undertake planning and stakeholder coordination and oversee on-site execution and handover of completed works to clients.
Working closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and our internal teams you will ensure each project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.This role will work across various sites in Sydney and also wider NSW as required.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end delivery of sports field and open space construction and renovation projects.Develop and manage detailed project programs, resource plans, and budgets.Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and specialist services.Oversee on-site works, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and environmental requirements.Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress meetings.Liaise with clients, contractors and staff, maintaining strong communication and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure all works are delivered in line with industry best practices, WHS regulations, and company quality systems.BenefitsReceive a competitive benefits package in line with the expertise you bring to the role.Enjoy a supplied uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE).
