**Major Responsibility Areas**:

- **Member Focus**: Be the welcoming face of our bank, resolving member inquiries efficiently, and encouraging the use of digital solutions.
- **Member Fulfilment**: Identify lending opportunities, cross-sell General Insurance products, refer Superannuation opportunities, and increase the Retail Deposit portfolio.
- **Member Resolution**: Address and investigate member complaints with empathy, maintaining detailed records throughout the resolution process.
- **Personal Development**: Stay updated on Australian Military Bank's products and industry-based training to offer the best service to our members.

**Knowledge, Skill, and Experience Requirements**:

- Proficient PC skills, Excel, and Word.
- Basic understanding of lending products and services.
- Sales competency and excellent customer service skills.
- Tech/digital-savvy with a willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Essential: Tier 2 RG146.
- Desirable: Cert IV in Customer Service or Cert IV in Financial Services (frontline management or related streams, e.g., Credit).

**Work Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years' retail banking experience.
- Inbound and outbound (service and sales) call center experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and service targets.
