APG Workforce are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer for a 2-month contract Government Sector based in Goulburn.

**Start Date**:ASAP

**End Date**:2 Months possible extension

**Pay**:$32.16 per hour + Super

**Hours**:7 Hours Per Day / 35 Hours Per Week - 8.30am - 4.00pm Monday

**Location**:Goulburn
- Info At Enquires - Info At is like a switchboard style mailbox where enquiries come through for a wide range of enquiries. It is predominantly template based with mínimal investigation required. The successful contractors will use knowledge articles to determine where to forward the enquiry on to. They will triage and respond to basic enquiries using the knowledge articles, if not they will send over to the relevant department.
- E Toll Enquires - account enquiries, closing enquiries, checking balances, adding vehicles etc.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Salesforce Classic experience would be beneficial but not required.
- Excellent written communication skills required
- Proficient in Outlook
