We are seeking an Optical Assistant in a permanent part/time or full time role to join our dynamic team.

Our Optical Assistants play a vital role in our stores and will be responsible for the following duties:

- Provide high level customer service on the retail floor and assist with selecting frames and provide in depth product information
- Managing our busy diary of customer appointments
- Adjusting and fitting customers frames and ensuring our product excedes their expectations
- Ensure merchandising standards are met including general cleanliness of the store
- Previous experience in a customer service/retail role or similar
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
