**Job Title**: Experienced Retail Associate - Optical Industry

**Location**: Chatswood, NSW

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a friendly, motivated and experienced Retail Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in selecting eyewear products, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Your knowledge of optical products and trends will help customers make informed choices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right eyewear solutions.
- Provide detailed information about frames, lenses, and other optical products.
- Process transactions accurately using the clinical record management system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Stay updated on current trends in eyewear and optical technology.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
- Basic knowledge of optical products is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

Pay: $22.48 - $37.54 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

**Experience**:
