**About You**:

- Experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally coordinating client events and formatting proposals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently interact with clients and staff at all levels.
- A master organiser with exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Formatting high-quality proposals and presentations.
- Onboarding clients, maintaining accurate records, and running reports.
- Fee preparation and supporting the wider administration team.
- Coordinating Partner-led events from invitations to post-event follow-up.
- Assisting with marketing materials and business development activities.
