We have an exciting opportunity for a SHEQ Lead to join our high performing **Nespresso **TQM team located in Rhodes.

**We are looking for a passionate and experienced SHEQ Lead who **

- Implementing corporate SHEQ lead vision and strategy to support commercial objectives.

- Driving strategic initiatives leading to continuous improvement in SHE & Quality performance.

- Ensuring that the ISO certified Integrated Management Systems is consistently aligned with local Nestle, HQ and communicated to all relevant stakeholders

- Driving the Nespresso SHE strategy in the market including Boutiques, Trade Point of Sales, Events, Service Partners, Warehouses, Outsourced Partners and Offices.

- Maintaining and improving Nespresso's incident & crisis management system

- Manage SHEQ related budget, participate operational planning, dynamic forecasting, PO & Invoice reconciliation activities.
