Senior Solution Architect Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Specify Scalable Solutions:
Develop scalable, best-practice solutions tailored to client needs.
Provide Pre-Sales Support:
Offer RFP responses, demos, and workshops to support the sales process.
Lead Solution Architecture:
Lead solution architecture during implementation and mentor delivery teams.
Conduct Scoping Studies:
Conduct scoping studies and business consulting engagements.
Build Client Relationships:
Build strong relationships with clients and software partners.
You will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Consulting teams to scope, architect, and guide the implementation of business-critical systems. As a trusted advisor, you will deliver scalable, commercially sound solutions that align with business goals and add real value.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect with 10+ years in solution architecture and pre-sales roles. You should have a strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms, and proven experience in designing and delivering complex business solutions. Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
