Job Description
As a Deputy Principal (Special Education), you will play a vital role in improving the educational outcomes of all students, with a strong focus on supporting those with disabilities.
You will lead the development of high-quality teaching and learning practices that meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusive and equitable access to education.
By fostering a culture of collaboration and respect, you will nurture positive and supportive relationships between students, staff, families, and the broader school community, contributing to a safe and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Principal to lead the school community through the special education program to develop, articulate, and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Deputise for the Principal when required.
Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity.
Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
