**About the role**

We have a unique and rare opportunity available for a Junior / Graduate eLearning Designer to join our Learning & Development team on a full-time basis.

Based onsite in our Ringwood office, we believe in empowering and inspiring our clients to get the most out of their AroFlo product and it's our training and learning materials that will add significant support to their onboarding journey. This position will be responsible for learning the product and translating technical concepts into engaging content suited to our technical and non-technical target audiences _(our client base is Trade and Field services businesses such as Plumbers and Electricians etc)._

This is a rewarding role that will see you work and be supported within a small team focusing on creating content in our Learning Management System (HR Learn) and WalkMe (adoption platform) to support our trade customers learn the AroFlo product. You will thrive in a supportive and creative environment where collaboration, communication and team work is key to delivering amazing content to our customers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create eLearning content for internal staff and external clients.
- Learn the AroFlo product to deliver the best educational results for external clients.
- In collaboration with the Learning and Development Team, develop best-practice eLearning material.
- Have a passion for imparting knowledge onto others.

**Skills**:

- Good oral and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous practical experience relevant Learning Management Systems
- Understand how to translate software functions or workflows into engaging learning guides.
