As part of our Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, our Protected Vehicles team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We currently have an opportunity open for a Project Coordinator at the services and support, Eagle Farm site. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role will support the Projects PMO activities. This covers all PMO related disciplines such as Planning & Scheduling, Cost/Schedule Analyst, Risk, Document Control, Project/Contract/Subcontract Administration and general coordination and administrative duties. You will also be supporting the development and maintenance of the project management structures and baselines such as WBS, OBS, RAM, WPDDs, PMBs, for the relevant projects.

**About You**
- You have prior Project PMO experience with an understanding of earned value concept and project administration.
- Solid computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant project support tools.
- You have the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- You are proactive, communicate well and have the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Good written and verbal communication.
