**About the Role**

**You will be trained to performed the following**:

- As the first point of contact you will take care of the customer's needs ensuring their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner
- Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
- Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets
- Ensuring the customers are given the best possible Customer Service experience
- Experience in Light Vehicle Technical role preferred
- Mercedes-Benz experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
- Quote up repair jobs and liaise with customers
- Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Sound Automotive technical knowledge
- Knowledge of ERA-Power DMS preferred but not essential
- Punctual and reliable
- Professional in both appearance and handing customers
- Current driver's license
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate care and attention to detail
