This Service Manager role is to oversee a large OSHC service in Harrison, **with an existing team of Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator, and Educators, this service is designed for excellence.** Licensed for over 180 children per day, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program.
**In addition to paid admin hours every week, every term you will have opportunities for professional development and staff meetings.** As a part of a national company, we have centralised teams to manage administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional experiences for children and leading your team
**About the role**:
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state-specific office, regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. The role is fulltime (38 hours per week), structured in block shifts to support work-life balance, with approximately 5.5 hours per week in direct ratio hours, along with responsibilities as an Educational Leader.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role.
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current and valid Working with Children Check, or state-required check.
