OSHC Service Coordinator Job Description

The role of an OSHC Service Coordinator involves providing care and supervision to children during after-school hours. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement engaging activities for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service
  • Plan and deliver daily quality activities for children
  • Supervise and support children in their learning and development
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options
  • Build meaningful relationships with colleagues, families, and school leaders
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires a Certificate 4, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in children's services or equivalent. Additionally, applicants must hold a current Employee Working with Children's Check and possess First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training.
