About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator who wants to lead our thriving Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively oversee, supervise and manage the daily operation of our OSHC service.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs of children, families and staff.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and school policies.
  • Roster, mentor and develop your team.
  • Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the provision of education and care to children.
  • Provide engaging learning experiences and programs for students.
About You:
  • You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor Degree in Education.
  • You have experience in a similar leadership role within OSHC.
  • You have a strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including compliance and operations for OSHC services through the Department of Education.
  • You are an effective leader and manager of a team.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills with staff, students and parents.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • You are a fun and positive individual.
  • You have excellent ICT skills across a range of platforms.
  • You hold current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
  • You have a national criminal history check (or willingness to obtain).
  • You have Child Protection Certificates.
  • You have a current Working With Children Check.
