To be successful in this role you will have:

- Proven experience in project management, social media, copywriting, and content creation
- Complete understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM, and loyalty programmes
- Exceptional time management skills and be detail orientated
- Experience in a hospitality group or the retail sector
- A history of complex stakeholder manager
- Ability to multi-task across different brands and channels
- Manage budgets, track ROI and report on expenditure
- Significant market awareness locally, nationally, and internationally
- A passion for planning, managing, and delivering premium events
