We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist for our business and online store located in Leichhardt, NSW. The location in Leichhardt is a store, the head office and the location from where our website operates.

Your duties will include:

- Managing all day-to-day in-store promotions and advertisements for our shop at Leichhardt.
- Managing large monthly brand promotions and advertisements for our Leichhardt shop & our online store.
- Managing the Leichhardt store aspect of our social media accounts, including content creation for Instagram, Facebook & TikTok. This includes daily content generation for short form content, such as Instagram Reels & Stories and TikTok's, etc.
- Scheduling content to post to Unique social media accounts representational of our Leichhardt & online store, and managing the schedule of the content creation to meet the demands of the social media schedule.
- Working with ownership to develop campaigns for marketing our Leichhardt shop digitally.
- Creating content and promotions for our online shop. This may include website banners and supplementary social media content for promotional campaigns.
- Working with ownership to develop digital marketing campaigns across Google and Facebook for our website.
- Assisting with ideas and development of specific product and brand marketing campaigns for online and digital for our website.
- Conceptualising and execution of traditional marketing initiatives such as print, magazine, flyers, etc.
- Working to meet sales targets set by ownership.
- Researching current market conditions and customer behaviours to support the marketing of the business as outlined above.
- Researching competitors and pricing to assist the business to compete well in the marketplace.
- Management of staff at Leichhardt to assist with sales objectives and various marketing campaigns. This includes properly training and informing staff to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Understanding our customer buying patterns, customer needs and other customer touchpoints to optimise our marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Working closely with ownership ongoing to monitor the performance of all marketing initiatives, in-store and online sales data, and overall progress of the business and its correlation to marketing performance.
- Assistance in determining pricing of some products & brands and overall brand perception as data and feedback is collected from ongoing marketing and communication efforts with customers.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
