Lead and manage the Listening Strategy for Qantas Group, driving improvement, cultural change, and engagement through data-driven insights.- Collaborate with Group People Executives and teams to influence organisational strategy and decision-making.- Fixed term 12 months role based at our Mascot HQ

- What you'll bring to the role:_- 10+years in Engagement, Leadership Development, Organisational Development, Talent Management, Human Resources or other relevant area- Bachelor qualification in organisational psychology, human resources, business, or related field- Strong analytical skills; ability to derive compelling insights and recommendations tailored to executives and frontline teams- Experience in delivering impactful organisational development programs.- Proven success in complex, matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders.- Skilled in managing multiple tasks with changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.- Strong commercial acumen and people management skills.- Adept in project and release management, including SaaS/Cloud platforms and agile methodology.- Solid research, analytical, and insight skills to create effective outcomes.- Experience in process simplification and continuous improvement within complex organisations.- Demonstrates strong executive presence in communication, coaching, and facilitation with senior leaders.
