**The Role & The Team**
As the **Risk Specialist and Stream Lead**, you will be responsible for delivering the Enterprise Risk Refresh, which is a risk transformation program aimed at improving risk maturity across the organisation over the next 12-24 months. Leading a small team of direct reports, you will be part of a high-performance GRC team who work as one to drive both effective capability uplift and collaboration of risk management activities.
Key responsibilities of this role will include (but not limited to):
- Revising our enterprise risk management (ERM) framework to simplify our approach to managing risk, including changes to our risk methodology, governance, and reporting.
- Supporting a refreshed risk appetite statement (RAS) and embedding the RAS within governance and decision making across the organisation.
- Developing key risk indicators (KRIs) aligned to best practices to support monitoring and management of our enterprise-level risks.
- Driving uplift of risk capability and associated risk culture across the organisation, including developing and delivering targeted risk training packages.
- Refreshing and simplifying the Risk Management Procedures and Standards
- Supporting the three lines models implementation and delivering the required 2nd line Assurance reviews
- Designing the risk analytics to monitor and manage the Enterprise Risks to support the regular risk reporting.
This role is offered as a 24-month fixed-term position.

**The Person**
The successful applicant will have:
- A tertiary qualification - degree or diploma in risk management, business, commerce, management, or other relevant field.
- Highly developed influencing and liaison skills across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Highly effective oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics and dashboard reporting.
- High level problem solving, analytical and reporting skills across a broad range of strategic and tactical issues.
- Demonstrated experience in utilising technology and systems to achieve work objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, set and review priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively while remaining flexible to changing circumstances and priorities.
- An appropriate risk-related professional qualification or membership (desirable).
**Security Clearance**
