Enterprise Risk Professional

This pivotal role in risk management will play a critical part in supporting the successful execution of the program by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. Collaborative working with stakeholders including stream leads, project managers, the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO), Program Manager and Risk Owners will be key to proactive risk management.
Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the program's risk register and contributing to risk reporting is essential to ensure alignment with government expectations and assurance processes.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in risk management roles, particularly within a government or public sector environment, handling large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Performing thorough risk assessments tailored to the specific scope of the program is an essential duty of this role.
- Creating and implementing effective risk management strategies to address identified risks and ensure successful program delivery is crucial.
- Overseeing and maintaining the accuracy of the DART program's risk register is vital.
- Collaboration with risk owners, stream leads, project managers, the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO), and the Program Management Office (PMO) is necessary to promote risk awareness, monitor risk exposure, and devise actionable mitigation strategies.
Key responsibilities include performing detailed risk assessments, developing and executing risk management plans, maintaining accurate risk registers, and fostering a culture of risk awareness and mitigation across the organization.
An individual with exceptional risk management skills, experience in the public sector, and strong collaboration abilities would excel in this role.
