The Workflow Crew is responsible for driving the architecture, design, build and governance roadmap across the group for various workflow technologies. As a Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for ongoing change and development for the workflow solutions and provide technology oversight to different business units while managing Engineers and work towards uplifting the Chapter Craft and skills.

You'll use your skills in leading engineers and implementing complex workflow solutions in a cloud-based environment. You will support critical programs of work by designing and implementing solutions for business driven initiatives and technology uplift as part of Workflow Crew.

Collaborate with high-performing engineers to define current and future states and roadmaps
Translate project vision into actionable plans and iterative delivery

Influence the future of the Group's technology direction every day
Tech skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all, but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team :
Hands-on engineering management for cloud-scalable platforms
API specification, design and tooling (OpenAPI, AWS Gateway)
CI / CD pipeline configuration (GitHub Actions, Artifactory, GitRepo)
DevOps-managed environments and observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty)
C#, .NET Core, SOAP / REST APIs, Microservices, containerisation, Node, Python
Workflow platforms (Pega, Appian, Power, Temporal)
AI tooling, data lake architecture, API-based data offerings
Security practices including identity management and encryption
Distributed, low-latency environments and event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ, Apache Camel, Temporal, Mulesoft)
Relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB)
