**About the role**:
**About you**:
**The successful applicant will posses the following**:

- 5+ years of experience in IT operations and support, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in cloud-based environments.
- Excellent people management skills with experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Experience in implementing process improvements, risk mitigation, and automation strategies.
- Experience in maintaining and improving digital platforms with a focus on availability, stability and resilience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing incidents, problems and change management processes.
