SOKO Japanese Canteen is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Full-Time or Part-time Manager for our Japanese takeaway/grocery in Rowville.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the premises
- Liaise with Management
- Create and manage staff rosters
- Engage in some food preparation tasks
- Expertly craft and serve coffee
- Conduct staff training sessions
- Maintain effective stock control

**Working Hours**:
Full-time or Part-time work hours between early morning to late afternoon Monday to Saturday

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar management role is advantageous
- A great positive, can do attitude
- Coffee making skills an advantage
- Proficiency in Japanese language is a plus
- At least 2 years supervisory experience
- Able to commute to Rowville, located about 1 hour by public transport or 30-40 minutes by car from Melbourne CBD
- Regrettably, not suitable for working holiday visas
