As a skilled and dedicated professional, you will have the opportunity to take on a dynamic role as a manager in our Japanese takeaway/grocery in Rowville.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about management and has experience in a similar field. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, liaising with management, creating and managing staff rosters, engaging in some food preparation tasks, expertly crafting and serving coffee, conducting staff training sessions, and maintaining effective stock control.

**Job Description:**

- Maintain effective stock control

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

- Experience in a similar management role is highly advantageous
- A positive, can-do attitude is essential
- Coffee making skills are an advantage
- Proficiency in Japanese language is a plus
- At least 2 years supervisory experience is required
- Ability to commute to Rowville, located approximately 1 hour by public transport or 30-40 minutes by car from Melbourne CBD
- Regrettably, not suitable for working holiday visas

**Benefits:**

- Full-time or part-time work hours between early morning and late afternoon, Monday to Saturday
