**Role Overview**

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience within a Contractor Care Lead or similar position, staffing, and recruitment industry experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Previous experience with strategic design and constant internal and external improvement of systems/processes.
- High levels of commercial awareness, and experience working with the Leadership team to make strategic choices towards the growth of the company and client's goals.
- Extensive experience with client engagement and management across multiple enterprise and boutique clients.
- Previous experience with in-depth reporting on performance and creating tailored reports toward individual clients' needs.
- Hands-on experience with Contractor care management and placement compliance, including knowledge and understanding of employment law, PAYG/ABN processes, ATO & Superannuation, systems/governance, WHS, and Basic Visa/VEVO understanding.
