**Strategic Care Lead Opportunity**

Profusion seeks a driven and customer-focused professional to lead our Contractor Care team. As a key member of our recruitment services team, you will play a critical role in managing and growing our contractor care function.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with previous experience in contractor care or similar positions within the staffing and recruitment industry. You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic processes to improve internal and external systems, working closely with the Leadership team to drive business growth and client success.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in contractor care or similar positions, preferably within the staffing and recruitment industry
  • High levels of commercial awareness and experience working with leadership teams to make strategic decisions
  • Extensive experience in client engagement and management, including creating tailored reports to meet individual client needs
  • Hands-on experience in contractor care management and placement compliance, including knowledge of employment law, PAYG/ABN processes, ATO & Superannuation, systems/governance, WHS, and basic Visa/VEVO understanding
