We're looking for someone who can organise and coordinate key marketing promotional projects, from concept to design, print and in store execution. The role provides support to Marketing Manager, to the wider commercial team as well as our store teams to ensure best in class execution of promotions.

This role is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney and will require the incumbent to:

- Support the end to end management of promotional campaigns
- Be the first point of contact for all brands across Australia in relation to monthly changeover promotions, major national campaigns, catalogues and general signage
- Liaison with designers and providing them with clear and concise design briefs, liaising with printers; supporting the digital team with content management, providing clear communications to stores on promotional execution and coordinating allocation & delivery of signage to stores within deadline
- Manage print process & allocations of POS and monitor instore compliance of promotions
- Manage NRI booking process for brand activity to the point of invoice

**We're looking for**:

- Degree qualified in Marketing or Business
- 1-2 years experience in similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Intermediate Excel and PP skills
- Good relationship management skills
