**Job Description**:
The Fraud & Identity Risk Manager is responsible for the continual improvement of OFX's fraud risk management strategy, systems and processes. They work collaboratively with key stakeholder groups to provide expert fraud risk management advice and insights, assess and recommend action on OFX's key fraud risks and controls and ensure there is a robust, effective, and efficient approach to managing fraud risk across OFX.

**What you do**
- Manage the design, implementation, and continual improvement of OFX's fraud risk management framework and related policies.
- Facilitating the ongoing assessment and review of OFX's internal and external fraud risks to ensure these are appropriately identified, understood and managed.
- Working with relevant stakeholders to design, maintain and improve fraud risk management systems and controls.
- Promote excellent fraud risk awareness and management capability across OFX.
- Provide expert fraud risk management advice, analytics, and insights to key stakeholder groups, including preparation and delivery of written and verbal reports to Executive Risk Committee and Subsidiary Boards.
- Work with People & Culture to conduct internal fraud investigations where required.
- Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of OFX at all times, including the promotion of OFX company values.
- Undertake such other duties as maybe required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of OFX.

**Qualifications**:

- CFE designation

**_ Knowledge, skills, experience_**
- 4+ years of fraud risk management experience in a financial services and/or E-commence environment
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of high quality information, advice and analysis to inform management decision making and engender a positive risk culture;
- Demonstrated ability to understand commercial challenges and opportunities, and proactively develop options, lead change and foster innovation to improve performance.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and sound professional judgment to achieve business outcomes in a customer-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, ability to influence others, be creative and manage concurrent projects in a dynamic environment
- Analytical, relationship, and project management skills for driving large global initiatives
- Flexibility and adaptability to work within tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Detailed knowledge and experience of risk management principles and processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels of the organisation as well as with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Self-directed, professional and strong initiative and organisational skills.
- Money remittance / payments experience is preferred though not essential.
