Job Description

The Fraud & Identity Risk Manager is responsible for the continual improvement of our fraud risk management strategy, systems and processes.

This includes providing expert fraud risk management advice and insights to key stakeholder groups, assessing and recommending action on our key fraud risks and controls, and ensuring there is a robust, effective, and efficient approach to managing fraud risk across our organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the design, implementation, and continual improvement of our fraud risk management framework and related policies.
  2. Facilitate the ongoing assessment and review of our internal and external fraud risks to ensure these are appropriately identified, understood and managed.
  3. Work with relevant stakeholders to design, maintain and improve fraud risk management systems and controls.
  4. Promote excellent fraud risk awareness and management capability across our organization.
  5. Provide expert fraud risk management advice, analytics, and insights to key stakeholder groups, including preparation and delivery of written and verbal reports to executive committees and subsidiary boards.
  6. Work with people and culture teams to conduct internal fraud investigations where required.
  7. Act as an ambassador for our organization and promote the best interests of our company at all times, including the promotion of our company values.
