**How you'll make an impact**

The Security, Risk and Compliance division supports AMP's strategy through delivering easy, effortless processes and experiences for customers and employees alike.

To better protect AMP from both ever-increasing and more sophisticated cyber threats, and to further meet the obligations of a more complex regulatory environment, Cyber Security is undergoing continuing uplift to move us to a proactive posture, meeting challenges head-on. The team is seeking passionate and skilled people who want to achieve the best for their organisation, their team and themselves. The Identity Tech Lead assists the Identity Platform Owner by providing hands on technical support for end-to-end platform build, change and run through:

- Continuously generate opportunities to enhance the platform experience to meet Customer and Business expectations
- Maintain alignment between Architecture, Business requirements, customer experience and regulatory compliance.
- Provide hands-on delivery of identity capabilities that aligns to the overall strategy, planning, development and support of the platform
- Provide technical leadership to other Identity team members to continuously improve existing capabilities

**What you will bring to the team**

Demonstrated Information Security experience, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) you will be an integral part in shaping the vision and roadmap for the platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and evolving existing capabilities. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and automated deployment tools, including CI/CD capabilities, you will put them to use in advocating for DevOps practices, driving continuous improvement in processes and behaviours. Proficiency in Ansible playbooks and programming languages like Java, Perl, Python, or PowerShell scripting coupled with Strong understanding of identity and privileged constructs within Cloud environments
