Provide administrative support to the Account Manager and Production Manager
- Must be highly organized and can work with various project deadlines
- Will receive heaps of training of various tech tools and resources.
**Company**
This company is a well-established creative studio, specialising in bespoke and detailed 3D photo-realistic imagery for the built environment. In addition to working with their clients to produce beautiful imagery, they also specialise in interiors, styling and photography.
Based in the CBD fringe, they are looking for a Project Administration Assistant to join their vibrant and creative studio.
**What will you be responsible for?**
You will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager and Production Manager with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth the processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
**Account Management Support**
- Act as main point of contact for internal and client queries
- Support quote generation
- Consolidate feedback from clients
- Coordinate the team, ensure effective communication and encourage teamwork
- File documents in online cloud-based program, Notion.
**Project Management Support**
- Create accurate project set-up with workflow
- Communicate any delays with project deadlines
- Organize and coordinate site photography
- Review project work in accordance to quality control
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience within a similar position - in an architecture/interior design office
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects, whilst being calm under pressure
- Proactive attitude and tech-savvy
- An interest in design/architecture/creative industry is advantageous
