Project Administration Assistant/ Junior Estimator – New Projects

Location: Bayside, Southeast Melbourne | Full-Time

Working hours

The job in its entirety is deemed to be a fulltime position, 40 hours a week. Monday – Friday. 7am until 3:30pm (including ½ an hour break).

We're looking for a Junior Estimator / Project Administration Assistant to join our projects team. This is a development role – you'll start with office and admin support, then grow into estimating, procurement, and project coordination.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Read plans and prepare accurate material take-offs.
  • Assist with purchase orders and coordinate deliveries.
  • Maintain project documentation, photos, and checklists.
  • Help prepare SWMS, permits, and compliance documents.
  • Keep stock levels for consumables accurate and accessible.
  • Enter data into SimPRO, Groundplan, and Tsheets.
  • Support daily office workflows and learn project coordination hands-on.

  • Comfortable reading plans or keen to learn quickly.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Basic computer skills (Google Workspace / MS Office).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eager to grow into a Project Coordinator role.
