The school has an enrolment of 319 students.We warmly welcome applications for ongoing employment at St Andrew's School, Clayton South commencing on Tuesday 27 January.The position is supported with a Position of Leadership contract, Learning Diversity POL1 Requirements: The successful applicant will:actively support the values and ethos of Catholic Educationcreate a nurturing and ordered learning environment which is learner centred, supportive, cooperative and aligned with relevant curriculum policies, documents and practicesdifferentiate learning for students according to their educational needs and abilities and are responsible for the creation of effective assessment practices and quality teaching programsdemonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skillsdemonstrate the ability to use data to inform teaching and learningdemonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of Religious Education and the Pedagogy of Encounterdemonstrate a willingness to work collaboratively, in genuine relationships with others, in a team environmentdemonstrate the ability to build positive supportive relationships with students and parentsdemonstrate initiative and a commitment to ongoing Professional Learningmodel the Catholic and community values of the school and embrace families from diverse social backgroundscommit support and loyalty to the Principal, fellow leaders and all colleaguesuphold the St Andrew's Child Safety Policy and Code of Conductat all times commit to Child Safety practices and standards.St Andrew's is a child safe school and is committed to the ongoing safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.Please note - St Andrew's Primary School reserves the right to appoint before the closing date.
The successful applicant will have:VIT registrationa current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to undertake a First Aid Course).
