Network Security Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to manage our network security and compliance by configuring and managing Palo Alto firewalls.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure network security and compliance by configuring and managing Palo Alto firewalls.
Identify potential security threats by analyzing logs and monitoring network activity.
Improve visibility and response times by implementing network monitoring and logging solutions.
Develop and maintain technical reports on security incidents and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Palo Alto technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in network security, with a focus on Palo Alto firewalls.
Strong understanding of IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and VPN technologies.
Experience with automation/scripting (Python, Ansible) for firewall management.
Familiarity with other security tools (e.g., SIEM, proxy, threat protection solutions).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
