Network Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to manage our network security and compliance by configuring and managing Palo Alto firewalls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure network security and compliance by configuring and managing Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Identify potential security threats by analyzing logs and monitoring network activity.
  • Improve visibility and response times by implementing network monitoring and logging solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical reports on security incidents and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Palo Alto technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in network security, with a focus on Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Strong understanding of IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and VPN technologies.
  • Experience with automation/scripting (Python, Ansible) for firewall management.
  • Familiarity with other security tools (e.g., SIEM, proxy, threat protection solutions).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
