**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a **Product Administrator **to assist the greater Digitial Solutions Product team. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the day-to-day operations of our core products and contributing to the execution of the Product Managers' strategic roadmap.

This role is Full-Time on a maximum term contract for 12months.

**Your day-to-day**

No two days are the same; this role is diverse, with depth and breadth to cement your career, now and into the future. Areas of core responsibility include, but are not limited to:

- Provide high quality & customer focused tiers 1 & 2 support.
- Provide training and support to users of core systems.
- Develop user manuals and training materials.
- Work closely with finance, wider digital solutions, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure systems meet business needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues or enhancements related to the core systems.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with systems.
- Implement best practices for data security and system integrity.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:

- At least 3 years of experience in financial systems support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of finance principles and financial systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with supporting technology solutions. E.g. ERP systems, CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with cloud-based financial systems and technologies is desirable
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
- _Hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid working with children check_
