We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Administrator to join our dynamic Infrastructure Services Team, based in Ormeau.
This role will work closely with the Management Team, providing financial and administrative support for operations.Your ContributionAccurately record and process subcontractor payments.Inventory Management, Stock sheet updates.Accounts Payable processing including raising purchase orders and goods receipting.Process end of month requirements including but not limited to processing accruals, journals, fuel tax reporting and NGER reporting.Liaise with Subcontractors and Engineers in relation to contracts.Let's ConnectYou will have previous experience in an administrative capacity, in a construction or maintenance site-based environment, with a good working knowledge of forms and contracts.In addition:A proven ability to provide leadership and guidance to the team, develop and contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork.A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team whilst also having an ability to work independently.Effective communication skills, with an ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.Strong attention-to-detail and a focus on quality outcomes.Excellent IT skills with JDE experience preferred.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
