**About the Role**

As an Accounts Payable Transactions and Resolution Officer, you'll play a crucial role in our finance team. Your responsibilities include processing Accounts Payable transactions, addressing business and vendor queries, and supporting the Accounts Payable team as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prioritise workplace safety and maintain a supportive environment.
- Collaborate with the manager to align objectives and strategies.
- Understand organisational impacts and contribute to positive changes.
- Process credit invoices, adjustments, and resident recharges accurately.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and adhere to quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and comply with quality management systems.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounts Payable or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
