Transaction Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Resolution Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This role is responsible for resolving and clearing assigned transactions processed through various systems.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years' experience in the financial industry, preferably with 1-2 years' experience in a transaction resolution role. They will possess strong analytical skills, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve daily transaction breaks.
- Clear transactions in accordance with industry procedures.
- Ensure daily return files, processing forms, and journals are completed within agreed service levels.
- Investigate and resolve all outstanding items within three business days.
