ABOUT THE LEAD EDUCATOR ROLE
- Full Time position
- Annual Salary of $60,169 plus super
- 9-day fortnight option
- Minimum qualification - Diploma of Early Childhood Education

WITH A TEAM-BASED APPROACH YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Planning and delivering a high-quality program for children in response to their ideas, interests and strengths
- Engaging with the philosophy, values and behaviours of Kardinia Early Learning
- Articulating the value of early childhood education
- Delivering high levels of leadership to your team
- Developing respectful and collaborative relationships with families
- Supervising the children in your classroom and providing and a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and play
- Supporting and guiding children's learning

YOU WILL HAVE:

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
- Proven ability to provide high quality, innovative programs
- A calm and nurturing nature and a commitment to best practice
- Extensive, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework

**Salary**: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bell Post Hill, VIC 3215: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
