**Food & Beverage Attendants and Housekeeping staff wanted for Hotel Bruny (Bruny Island) Tasmania Summer Season**

Hotel Bruny is located in Alonnah, Bruny Island Southern Tasmania. Here at Hotel Bruny, we believe in real food, real people and real stories.
- 2 years' experience in a similar roll
- A passion for the hospitality industry.
- Work well with others within the team.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Friendly, well-spoken and able to communicate with our loyal, regular customers.
- Demonstrates excellent presentation and attention to detail.
- Have a reliable transportation - car or motorbike.
- Have the right to work in Australia.

The successful applicants will be dedicated, energetic and self-motivated professionals who are capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

**Food & Beverage Attendants**:

- Restuarant waitress/waiter experience.
- Experience in open and close of business.
- Balancing and end of day till settlements.
- Bottle shop operations.
- Dealing with customer enquiries and feedback.
- Current RSA certificate.
- Barista experience is advantageous.

**Guest Service Attendants (Housekeeping)**:

- Experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred by not essential.
- Willingness to learn and work as a team.
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Manual driver's license preferred, but not essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $43.72 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
