Job Opportunity

We are seeking Food Service Attendants to join our team in a busy restaurant and lounge bar environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

About the Role

  • Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of service.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the venue and buffet areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food service role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Do Food Safely Certificate preferred.
