ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE?
The Distribution Centre Team Leader in conjunction with the DC Supervisors and DC Management team is responsible for creating a safe and operationally efficient Distribution Centre and is tasked with assisting and overseeing the warehouse operations and performing Team Leader / Supervision functionality to all permanent and casual staff.

**YOU WILL NEED**:

- 4 + years' experience working in a Warehouse environment
- Team lead or management experience
- Formal Qualifications in relevant discipline
- End to end knowledge of warehouse operations
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Demonstrated ability in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent organisational skills, Ability to work well under pressure and strong attention to detail.
