About the Role

The Operations Manager position is a key role that involves leading the safe, efficient, and high-performing operations of Distribution Centres in ANZ. This requires strong leadership skills and expertise in managing time-critical, high-volume distribution centres.

As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal part in driving continuous improvement, fostering a strong health and safety culture, and aligning inventory and S&OP strategies with regional and global goals to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve operational excellence through strategic planning and execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise service quality and efficiency while minimising costs.
  • Lead a high-performing team by providing clear direction, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative and statutory requirements.
  • Foster a strong health and safety culture within DC, promoting a safe working environment and minimising risks.
  • Deliver high-performance results across multiple sites, focusing on process improvements and cost savings.
  • Provide leadership and direction to teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in senior management roles, particularly in time-critical and high-volume environments.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, with a focus on driving cultural shifts and improving organisational performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
