You will assist in the development of the UWA asset management system (AMS), including plans such as asset management plans (AMPs) and lifecycle plans.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the asset data, including data collection and condition surveys.
As part of the asset management team, you will play a key role in developing the asset management culture at UWA by facilitating training and process improvements to ensure facilities remain fit for purpose to support core activities.
You will assist in developing and implementing ISO 55000 aligned processes and procedures to strategically manage UWA's property and infrastructure assets, including buildings, plant, utilities, equipment, roads, pathways, drainage, and grounds.
About you
Relevant qualifications, ideally in engineering, mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration, or demonstrated equivalent competency.
Substantial relevant experience at an appropriate level.
Knowledge of Asset Management and Facilities Management, particularly PAS55 or ISO 55000 standards.
Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Previous experience with CMMS applications such as Maximo.
Note:
A valid C-class driver's license is required.
