**About the role**:
We are looking for a passionate communications professional to join our ANZ Sustainability and Corporate Communications team in a permanent part-time (.6) position.

Based in Eastwood, Adelaide at our brand-new Australian Head Office, you will report to the Head of Sustainability and Communications - ANZ, and work across the business to manage and execute a range of internal communications.

Working cross functionally and with the support of external agencies, the role will be responsible for but not be limited to:

- Understanding and effectively communicating key company messages and initiatives
- Development and implementation of internal communication plans for business projects, programs and new initiatives
- Executing communication materials for various audiences comprised of office-based and field-based employees and our franchise network using a variety of mediums
- Developing and distributing regular newsletters
- Writing, distribution and updating of internal news on the company intranet
- Analysis and ongoing improvement of communication methods and engagement

Through the creation of effective communications plans and materials, this role will work collaboratively to drive teammate, network and partner engagement.

**What are we looking for?**:
The new member of our team will have:

- Relevant communications or marketing qualifications / experience
- Experience in developing and implementing communications plans
- Highly developed written communication skills across a broad range of communication channels and activities
- The ability to develop informative and engaging communication materials with the audience in mind
- High level of self-management, organisational skills and initiative to regularly update communications and liaise with various stakeholders to develop effective communications.
- A passion for creativity, innovative thinking and community support / engagement
