Role Summary:

As a Communication Specialist, you will play a key role in fostering engagement within our community of 2000 employees and clients across Western Australia.

You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to design and implement a strategic communication plan that drives business outcomes.

  • Develop compelling narratives that effectively communicate our values and mission
  • Create and execute internal communication campaigns that promote our brand and services
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
  • Write speeches, notices, and advocacy materials that inspire and motivate our employees and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication strategy

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing skills with experience in journalism or editing
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with creative ideas and initiative
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
