Communications Specialist Role

This is a pivotal position that plays a key role in shaping and amplifying our one-voice approach to internal and external communications.

The Communications Advisor delivers strategic and tactical communications that support our key organisational objectives, creating compelling messaging and executive communications while coordinating events and employee engagement programs.

This role requires a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent writing skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.

The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in communications or a related discipline, supported by a relevant qualification, with a proven track record of delivering impactful communication strategies in complex organisational settings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone to build strong relationships with business units and project teams to support the delivery of consistent customer-centric communications across the organisation.
  • They will plan and manage internal events and programs that promote key business priorities and enhance employee engagement.
  • The successful candidate will ensure all communications reflect our brand voice and visual identity, maintaining consistency across channels and touchpoints.

As a member of our Brand and Marketing team, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to contribute meaningfully to our purpose.
