Exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Officer to join a high performing team in this government organisation.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Communications and Engagement Lead, responsible for developing and implementing creative internal communications plans aligning with the organisation's values and objectives.

**Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to**:
- Create and implement effective internal communication plans and campaigns ensuring employee engagement.- Engage with stakeholders across the business to develop targeted communications approaches meeting the needs of the wider organisation.- Manage the design and production of internal communications collateral.- Evaluate and identify improvements for communications strategies.- Implementation of new communications techniques and tools.- Review and report on the outcomes of communications initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

**What you'll need to succeed**- You will have a tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or similar.- You will have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies.- Proficient knowledge of digital platforms and tools for communication.- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, engaging with various stakeholders at all levels.- You will be proactive with a creative mindset.
